All the reassurance of our Gold tier service contact, but with an additional warranty guarantee. If your cryogenic device needs repair, we’ll be on-site to repair it, and if we can’t repair it onsite, we’ll cover all shipping fees to have it returned for inspection and repair at our facility. Our Platinum tier will cover any eventuality and offers the best security for your equipment.

Extended Warranty
All OxCryo products come with at least one year warranty as standard, but if all you need is some extra reassurance then our extended warranty can cover your device up to a maximum of five years total.
