* At temperatures below 90 K, LN2 consumption may increase to 1.2 L/hour.
† Turbo mode gives an increased flow rate of 10 litres/minute.

Accessories
Cryostreams consist of a Gas Supply Module (GSM), a Coldhead, and a custom 60L Dewar. Alongside this configuration, users have the option to enhance their setup with additional accessories.
Autofill
Designed for use with our 60L Dewar, this device monitors the LN2 level and provides automatic refilling via your supply dewar. This allows the Cryostream to continue operating for long periods of time and removes the complications involved in refilling the dewar manually.
Varibeam
The Varibeam stand provides a sturdy yet lightweight support for the coldhead, designed for compatible with a range diffractometer configurations. It facilitates easy and precise adjustment of orientation and positioning of the nozzle to ensures accurate alignment of the gas stream onto the sample.
Customisation
These options are tailored to meet the specific requirements of our customers. If you have a customisation in mind for your Cryostream that is not covered in the options listed, we’d love to know.
Plus
Increases the upper temperature range to 500K.
Compact
A variation on the Plus which features a shortened nozzle. This design allows compatibility with powder diffractometers, facilitating high-resolution studies of both organic and inorganic compounds.
Transfer Length
All versions include the option of a 3-meter transfer line, doubling the length between the mounted coldhead and the dewar from the standard 1.5-meter length.
Wide Nozzle
A 146% increase to the sample area. Accomodates analysis of large samples, or allows the nozzle to be moved further away to minimise x-ray shadowing
